I'm a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, including 17 in the emergency department. After seeing the impact of chronic disease firsthand, I turned to lifestyle medicine to explore prevention and healing beyond prescriptions. Certified in both Lifestyle Medicine and by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), I now help others take control of their health through sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle changes.
