A discovery call is free, a chance for you to meet with the coach, ask any questions you may have regarding coaching, logistics, expectations, and ensure you are comfortable with the coach and with the remote sessions. If you decide to proceed, an agreement will be sent to you via email for your signature.

Sessions are conducted remotely/online through a HIPPA compliant platform. Nothing is recorded online. Sessions are private and secure.

To sign up go to the sessions tab, and click on the session you desire. It will direct you to a payment page and calendly (calendar) page where you can pick the date(s) you wish to sign up for.  You can sign up for sessions one session at a time and pay as you go. Purchasing a package is not required.
